Returns Policy

You have the right to return the purchased product within 14 days following receipt of the shipment, provided that the product is complete, unused, and in its original packaging with tags.

How to Make a Return:

• Please contact us at info@mlisme.com or via the form available on our website.
• Complete the return declaration form and include it with your shipment.
• Return the product to the following address:

• Ensure that you dispatch the shipment within 14 days from notifying us of your intent to return.

Refund of Payments:
Upon receipt of the product, we will promptly refund all payments received—including the delivery cost, up to the value of our most economical shipping option. The refund will be processed using the same payment method originally employed for the purchase, within 14 days.

Return Costs:
The refund covers only the cost of delivering the product to your door, calculated according to the most economical shipping option available. You are responsible for the costs of returning the product to us.
